Does the £75 setup price include Microsoft licences?

No. The starting price is for a straightforward single-user business setup. Microsoft subscriptions, additional users and complex migrations are separate and discussed before work starts.

Can you fix Outlook not sending or receiving emails?

Keelfort can investigate Outlook settings, account access, mailbox configuration and domain-related mail issues. The cause and scope need checking first; some faults require action from Microsoft or your existing provider.

Can you move my existing business email to Microsoft 365?

An email migration is assessed before a quote is given. The current provider, number of mailboxes, amount of data and acceptable interruption all affect the plan. Migration is not included in the basic £75 setup price.

Can you help with MFA and OneDrive?

Yes. Keelfort offers help with multi-factor authentication, account settings and OneDrive sync or sharing problems. Account ownership and appropriate permission must be established before access changes are made.
